REMEMBER VERNON BALMER JR.

"Four members of the US Commission on Civil Rights September 16, 2013, warned the Obama Administration that creation of the Akaka Tribe by Executive Order may be unconstitutional, but the Interior Department has quietly launched “Procedures for Reorganizing the Native Hawaiian Community as an Indian Tribe” three times since 2012."

After going through my mental rolodex, I recalled a Teresa Brooks who corresponded with me early in the beginning of what I describe as - only due to a need for humor in this situation -  the merry - go - round.

I do not have the documents before me, but I also recall a Ms. Dickerson being in the loop. I think they are in the same office, or department.

At that time, I could not include Ms. Tachera's words. I can see how some, if not all those I contacted, might think me just another nut with a conspiracy theory.

During this time a lot of what I allege, has been written about in Hawaii's newspapers.

It will be interesting to get Ms. Brooks response, if she is the same Teresa you mention.

The time would have been, I think in 2005, My information was sent to Department of Labor, Department of the Interior. It would be much better for me to correspond through email as I am in Hawaii, as you know and am still not working regularly. Please relay any concerns via email. I have what I think is a more secure address at hotmail – v----_@hotmail.com.
